How many people can I take in my group?
We organise holidays for groups of 15 or more. There is no maximum number unless dictated by the destination/activity.
When we arrive at our destination how will be get to our accommodation?
We will be able to organise all types of transport for your group, from a coach to a helicopter.
I want to organise a surprise event for a member of my family. Is this possible?
We will be happy to organise a surprise event. All we would ask is that you provide us with an address and telephone number where the person you are organising the surprise for cannot be contacted.
I have no idea where I want to go. Can you help?
As well extensive group travel experience we also benefit from Kuoni's unrivalled worldwide knowledge and so we will be able to help you find the perfect destination. Just give us an idea of your budget and if there is anywhere you don't want to go and we can get started.
Can we travel to destinations other than those featured in Kuoni brochures?
Yes, we can organise group trips to most destinations in the world.
Can Kuoni book small groups?
Group travel rates apply to groups of a minimum of 10 passengers, subject to the suppliers concerned. We however have a minimum of 15 passengers which can be booked via our group travel department. For enquiries relating to 10 - 14 passengers the Kuoni Sales Team would be happy to help and you may find further information at www.kuoni.co.uk or by calling 01306 747002.
What happens if I want to increase the number in the group than I initially booked for?
If you have additional passengers wishing to join the group you only need to advise us and we will try to confirm the additional space with the airline and hotels concerned.
What happens if the number in the group drops below 15 passengers?
We try to be flexible and the quotation you will receive will be priced on the original group number you request. If the number reduces we would be required to re-cost the tour and the price might increase but we will work closely with you and try to keep the cost to a minimum.
What information do I need to supply to you to provide me with a quote for my group?
As much as possible! The more information you can supply regarding the group, ages, special interests, itinerary, duration etc the more accurate the quote and travel itinerary we can give you.
Can a group booking be made online?
Unfortunately because of the range of options we have available group holidays are currently aren't bookable online. However we can set up your itinerary as a quote so you can browse it, confirm it and pay for it online.
Can I pay on a credit or debit card and online?
Yes you can pay with either and use our secure online payment service on the Kuoni website, you only require your booking confirmation number to do this. Or you can call us to make payments. We do not charge for using credit or debit cards.
